Economy 4.0 | Digital Transformation | 4th Industrial Revolution | 21st Century Skills

With well over 25 years of experience, EAMI is well-known for its research into contemporary management concepts in Europe and Asia. We regularly contribute to the literature and use the outcomes of our studies in our development, validation, and application of management concepts and measurement instruments in internationally recognized training packages.

Our objective

EAMI aspires to use the best possible research methods for the development, validation and application of management concepts and so design efficient and innovative solutions to current challenges - within budget, on time and ‘right-first-time’.

Our global team

In order to achieve this objective, EAMI works worldwide in partnership with:

- researchers, who get to the heart of the matter and understand the business inside and out, allowing us to analyze, develop and validate contemporary management concepts, including measurement instruments;

- educational and business executives, who can help pinpoint any bottlenecks;

- managers, so we can help teams grow and develop services;

- consultants with extensive experience in quality compliance, monitoring and improvement in both the educational and business sectors, enabling us to develop and support high-quality systems;

- trainers with a vast experience in both vocational and higher education, who help us develop, validate, and deliver adequate training packages for students and employees.

In this day and age, educational institutes and businesses are faced with the challenge of changing their ways of educating and training to align with the values and learning styles of a new generation. The one-size-fits all approach does not seem to suit the newest student or staff populations. It is rapidly making way for a far more tailored approach. The traditional instructional methods may soon prove to be no longer effective either. Visual forms of learning seem to be far more interesting to today’s generation – and, therefore, more effective. No wonder that gamification has proved to be the best training tool yet.
